Where is Freedom Fellowship located?
Currently, we hold our services at Greer
High School, located at 3000 E. Gap Creek Rd in Greer, SC. Our
business office is located at 104 Middleton Way suite C, Greer.
Directions are here.
What’s a Sunday at Freedom Fellowship like?
Come early for a cup
of coffee and a doughnut. The service begins at 10:30 a.m. and includes contemporary music, a relevant bible
message, and some of the friendliest people in Greer. Services
usually last about one hour.
What should I wear?
We’re more concerned
with you having a great experience than what you wear, so dress
comfortably. Most people who attend our services dress casually,
and even our pastor wears jeans most of the time.
What about children and teenagers?
Kids from birth to 5k
have special classes on the Freedom Kids hall around the
corner from the auditorium. 1st through 5th
graders enjoy the music portion of the service before leaving for
Break Free Kids class every other Sunday. On the weeks that they
remain in the service, they can follow along with the message by
using a Cliff’s Notes study guide that you can pick up in the atrium
before the service begins. 6th through 12th
graders participate in the Sunday services, and they meet each
Sunday afternoon for
LINC
(Liberty In The Name of Christ) at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday's at our business office.
When did Freedom Fellowship begin?
Freedom Fellowship
launched on March 6, 2005 at Greer High
School with 232 present that first Sunday. Prior to that first
Sunday, Cliff and Sherry Marshall had been praying for two years
about new ways to reach the growing Greer community. In September
2004 three other brave families committed themselves to “planting”
this new church. It was at that time that Freedom Fellowship became
a reality.
Where will the church eventually be located?
At this time we meet
in rented facilities, but there will come a time when land will need
to be purchased, and facilities will be built. At this time we
don’t know when that will happen or where Freedom Fellowship will
settle. What we do know is that God is faithful to provide all of
the needs for His churches, and we will follow wherever He provides.
