FREEDOM KIDS

Freedom Kids is a children’s ministry uniquely designed with your child in mind! Kids, birth through fifth grade, experience safe, age-appropriate environments where the Bible is taught in a creative and relevant way. We want to partner with parents in helping lay a spiritual foundation for their children. When parents connect with a wider community, they have a greater impact in the life of a child than they could ever have alone.

We believe safety is vital as families entrust us with their children each week. Therefore, every child’s name tag is matched to a parent-identification number and every volunteer is screened with an interview and federal background check.

Infants – Age 3 (9:00am and 10:30am)

We seek to provide our preschool children with a safe, loving, Christ-centered environment. We want to partner with families in laying a spiritual foundation that will lead your child into a strong relationship with Jesus Christ. We currently use the Orange curriculum, First Look, for our preschoolers. First look uses engaging activities to introduce preschool children to God. We value teaching preschoolers and want them to know three basic truths by the time they leave our preschool department: God Made Me, God Loves Me and Jesus Wants To Be My Friend Forever. These three truths are reinforced in every lesson.

Age 4 – Fifth Grade (10:30am)

We believe that Freedom Kids is a vital place for laying the foundations that our children will build upon for the rest of their lives. We teach them that God is real and that God is relevant in their everyday lives. We currently use the Orange Curriculum, 252 Basics, for our elementary-aged children. They learn through music, games, videos, and much more. We value teaching children and want them to know three basic truths by the time they leave the fifth grade: I need to make the wise choice. I can trust God no matter what. I should treat others the way I want to be treated. These three truths are reinforced in every lesson.
