LIFEGROUPS

Our goal here at Freedom Fellowship is to help foster deeper and stronger connections with God and with one another. We believe that one of the most effective ways to achieve this is through participation in a LifeGroup. A LifeGroup is simply a small group of adults who meet regularly for fellowship, encouragement, and spiritual growth. Everyone, regardless of age, stage of life, or level of spiritual maturity, are encouraged to join and participate in a LifeGroup.


Our LifeGroups strive to achieve three main goals:

GRowth:

We believe that growing our relationship with Christ and with fellow believers is a fundamental responsibility of every Christian. In our LifeGroups, led by dedicated leaders, we engage in Biblically-centered studies aimed at spiritual growth. These discussions cover a range of topics, all geared towards transforming our lives to align with God's purpose for our lives while also witnessing the same transformation in others. 


“Be on your guard, so that you are not led away by the error of lawless people and fall from your own stable position. But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity.”

Learning:

Learning is a lifelong journey, exemplified by Jesus' teachings during His time on Earth. We are committed to deepening our understanding of God and His Word, striving for obedience in all aspects of life.

connection:

Our approach to connecting revolves around two core principles. Firstly, we actively create opportunities for building relationships with God and with fellow members of the body of Christ. Secondly, we are driven by a desire to impact the world positively and make an eternal difference. 


“Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.”

Joining a LifeGroup provides a community where you can grow spiritually, deepen your understanding of God's Word, and form meaningful connections with others. We invite you to embark on this journey with us.

What About Child Care?

  • There are several options for childcare for people attending LifeGroups. Some parents find that this is a great time to have the kids visit with relatives or Grandma and Grandpa. Some families may decide to chip in together to pay a sitter to watch both families' kids at one location.
  • Freedom recognizes that the expense of child care may prevent some people from attending a LifeGroup. Because we place such a high value on LifeGroups, the church is willing to reimburse for LifeGroup child care up to a certain amount to those who need it. Parents are responsible for selecting the sitter. When possible, we ask that parents try to work together to combine children and save on child care expenses.
